The Blood of Jesus: Applied to Your life
If there is one single teaching that pumps my heart and spirit, this is it. A most powerful weapon against the enemy (Satan)! Here is scripture to kick us off.
Hebrews 9: 11-15
So Christ has now become the High Priest over all the good things that have come. He has entered that greater, more perfect Tabernacle in heaven, which was not made by human hands and is not part of this created world. With his own blood-not the blood of goats and calves-he entered the Most HOLY Place once and for all time and secured our redemption forever. Under the old system, the blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a young cow could cleanse people’s bodies from ceremonial impurity. Just think how much more the blood of Christ will purify our consciences from sinful deeds. So that we can worship the living God. For by the power of the eternal Spirit, Christ offered himself to God as a perfect sacrifice for our sins. That is why he is the one who mediates a new covenant between God and people; so that all who are called can receive the eternal inheritance God has promised them. For Christ died to set them free from the penalty of the sins they committed under the first covenant.
Jesus is our High Priest. His blood set the entire universe free from sin! This is why his blood is HOLY. One drop of the blood of Jesus will erase every sin in the world. You have to ask to receive.
To be covered by the blood through salvation, asking Jesus to forgive you.
Under the old covenant according to the Old Testament in scripture, animals were sacrificed in a ceremony for God to cleanse the sins of the people. This is the old law. Jesus came to also set us free from the old laws. (This does not include the Ten Commandments or other covenants) That is another teaching. Jesus is called the LAMB OF GOD THAT TAKES AWAY THE SINS OF THE WORLD. He replaced the sacrificial lamb at Calvary on the cross! What an AWESOME GOD we have to send his only son JESUS. That is how much God loves us. That is true sacrifice not only on the life of Jesus, humbling himself before God to die for you and me. Also the great love of God. To allow Jesus to die in our place! That is unfailing, never ending love from our creator and heavenly father, God. Once Jesus died and rose from the dead, this replaced the old covenant with animal sacrifices burnt for sin offerings. Easter is a precious time for Christians. I love the birth of our Lord, Christmas day. Yet I sing a lot louder rejoicing on Easter Sunday! He is Risen! How many religions do you know claiming their god was raised from the dead? I am still researching. Will let you know when I find another risen god.
Jesus is the KING of KINGS
Jesus is the KING of KINGS. His blood is ROYAL.
Revelation 1:5-6
And from Jesus Christ, He is the faithful witness to these things, the first to rise from the dead, and the ruler of all the kings of the world. All glory to him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by shedding his blood for us. He has made us a KINGDOM of priests for God his Father. All glory and power to him forever and ever! Amen.
IT GETS BETTER!
Romans 8:15-17
So you have not received a spirit that makes you fearful slaves. Instead, you received God’s Spirit when he adopted you as his own children. Now we call him “Abba, Father.” For his Spirit joins with our spirit to affirm that we are God’s children. And since we are his children, we are his children we are his HEIRS. In fact, together with Christ we are heirs of God’s glory. But if we are to share his glory, we must also share his suffering. (We will suffer and go through difficult times on earth, not in HEAVEN)
We know that the blood of Jesus is HOLY. He is our HIGH PRIEST. The blood of Jesus is ROYAL. Jesus is the KING OF KINGS. We are heirs to the KINGDOM OF GOD. God has adopted us, his children into the HOLY and ROYAL eternal KINGDOM OF GOD through the salvation and blood of JESUS! Now celebrate that you are an heir to the eternal kingdom of God.

Pray the BLOOD OF JESUS EVERYDAY ON YOURSELF. Pray for your family and friends.
The Blood of Jesus will save, forgive, heal, deliver, bring joy, bring peace, and bring wholeness.
Pray the HOLY AND ROYAL BLOOD OF JESUS EVERYDAY. It is the covering we must have everyday of this life. You are an heir to the kingdom of God. Father God wants you to have full access to the life giving, BLOOD OF JESUS. It was shed for you and me.
